Aromatherapy for your health and wellbeing

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to support general health and wellbeing. These pure essences from Mother Nature help to bring balance to the mind, body and soul.

Support your immune system with essential oils containing antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Here is a list of my favourites:

  1. Lemon
  2. Eucalyptus
  3. Tea Tree
  4. Rosemary
  5. Lemon Myrtle
  6. Clove
  7. Cinnamon
  8. Oregano

Suggested uses include:

> Combine with a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and apply directly to the skin – chest, back and feet.

> Rub a few drops directly onto the bottom of the feet.

> Place a couple of drops in the palm of the hand and disperse evenly over the hands as a hand sanitiser.

> Inhale using an aromatic mist or a steam diffuser or put a few drops on a tissue or handkerchief. Diffuse essential oils in an electric diffuser to help purify and cleanse the air.
